Dear Parents

It is wonderful to have the school buzzing again! Thank you to all the families who took part in the Book Character Parade last Friday. We were so impressed by the various costumes, and the children (and teachers) sure had tons of fun. Each year the group had an opportunity to parade around our playground to show off their costumes and guess which characters other friends were dressed up as. Teachers will be sharing photos from this exciting day in due course.

Apologies once again for the delay, you should have received a notification to sign-up for the PTCs by now. Please make an appointment via the app. As a reminder, we have booked in for K2s: 3-6 May and K1s: 10-13 May.

Please note classes will continue as per normal throughout the PTC weeks. The appointments are about 10-15 minutes long for each child. Please appreciate that these are the dates when we have arranged cover for teachers and we would like to keep to them as much as possible. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us on 2540-0066.

If your child is currently in K1 and you have decided that your child will not be continuing at Hillside for K2, it would be appreciated if you could let us know as soon as possible to assist us with our planning. Please submit a completed Withdrawal Notice Form (available HERE) to us at your earliest convenience. The debenture cannot be redeemed without the one-month advance notice of withdrawal (i.e. by 1 June).

For K2 students who are graduating by the end of June, there is no need to submit the withdrawal notice and the debenture certificate.

The highly anticipated World Book Day is here and the children have certainly shown up for the occasion! We are so impressed with their storybook characters, it's as if they jumped right out of the book!
